Complete Proposal Design
A complete proposal design package includes all of the services typically needed to be compliant, compelling, and just plain pretty. We take your content (text, graphic concepts, resumes, past performance, all the necessary forms, etc) and organize, beautify, and produce your submission-ready files. Complete with compliance checks, iteration cycles, color team review recoveries, and white glove service all the way to submission, we dress your proposal to impress.
Complete Proposal Design package includes (provided they are allowed and compliant with the RFP requirements):
Microsoft Word Writer’s Templates for each volume and section that are compliant, and on-brand and/or customer focused
Graphics Style Guidelines and templates including color palette and typography for a consistent look and feel throughout the entire proposal
Volume Cover Pages (print and/or electronic) for each volume
Designed Tabs
Graphics (we use a 1 graphic to every 5 pages ratio) and revisions. Includes infographics, charts, conops/ov-1, org charts, flow charts, callouts.
Desktop Publishing (DTP or aka “formatting”) includes creating templates, Pre-Red Team pass, Pre-Gold Team pass, and Final pass/export
Final Submission files
All editable, native files at the completion of the proposal
Choose the size of your proposal (total page count of the narrative sections/volumes. You do not need to include solicitation document volumes or pricing volumes unless there are written narratives contained in them).

100-page Technical/Management + 20-page Past Performance + 20-page Resumes + 5-page Executive Summary = 145 Pages

If your proposal will be more than 500 pages of narrative sections, please schedule a consultation so that we can find the best solution for your proposal. We can do it (we’ve done 20k page proposals before!), but want to talk through it with you and come up with a custom price.
