  • All of our employees are U.S. Citizens, live in the U.S. and have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements for the security of information purposes.

  • Depending on the membership tier you choose, the complexity of the request, and the responsiveness to feedback, most designs can be completed in 24-48 hours.

  • Our project board platform allows you to “point and click” to leave edits and comments on the uploaded design and simplify the revision process.

  • We primarily work in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat), but are also proficient in MS Office and Google Doc platforms.

  • Unlimited graphic design means you don't have to pay hourly or per project. Create as many design projects as you need, and we'll complete them in your order of priority. Once a project is completed, we'll start the next in your queue same-day.

  • If you consistently need more output than your plan currently gets, look into upgrading your plan or having a custom plan made for you. If you only require surge support from time to time, we offer surge support teams for high volume or short turn projects without affecting your current plan.

  • Westover’s unlimited design services are pretty vast, but there are some creative projects that we do NOT support, such as the following types of requests:

    • Fine art (paintings, modeling, pottery, etc.)

    • Fillable or interactive PDF documents

    • Complex photo manipulation

    • Digital painting and game assets

    • 3D/CAD projects

    • HTML, CSS, UI/UX design

    • Programming, coding, or development

    • File formats outside of our supported file types

    • Trademarked names, brands, or quotes

    • Content writing or manual typing (typing text from images, coming up with titles for ads, doing research for copy, etc.)
