Every Task Force client gets a custom task board where you can submit requests, track progress, leave feedback, and access delivered files — all in one place. You'll also have real-time chat access to your team and an easy online revision tool so you never have to email a redline again.

That's part of what the deployment call is for — we help you assess whether Task Force is the right fit and which tier matches your actual volume. If you're unsure, we'll be honest about it. Our goal is a long-term engagement that works for both sides, not an oversell that frustrates everyone.

After the deployment call, we typically brief the team and stand up your task board within 48–72 hours. From there your dedicated hours begin on the agreed start date. We move fast — that's the point.

The biggest factor in throughput is your responsiveness. The faster you review and approve work, the more we can deliver. We ask that clients maintain an active queue of requests so your dedicated hours are never idle, and that feedback be timely so revisions don't bottleneck the pipeline. We'll cover all of this in the deployment call.

Task Force is billed monthly via recurring invoice with auto-pay. We'll get you set up after the deployment call is complete and both sides have agreed on the right tier and start date.
